Ingredients:

1/2 cup milk

20g vanilla protein powder

1 tbs rolled oats (if gluten-free, use brown rice or quinoa flakes)

1 tbs chia seeds

2 tsp peanut butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 banana, sliced

Method:

1 Blend all ingredients, except banana. 

2 Alternate layers of pudding and banana in a glass or jar and chill overnight.
