Each week on Friday you will be prompted to do another check in. Keep an eye out for this in your email/spam folder.
Expectations:
For the first 4 weeks of the program you will have a direct 1:1 coaching call with myself where we will get you settled into the program.
Afterwards we will move to a group coaching call through Facebook Live each Wednesday where we will share challenges and wins with our nutrition.
